Are you an up and coming manager or consultant who is excellent with business data analysis but truly thrives coaching and mentoring managers to drives successful outcomes?

For Enlighten consultant roles you ideally will have a background as a manager or working in the area of process re-engineering. You will need to demonstrate significant achievements in this area. Ideally you will have at least 5 years of experience in business. You must be a driven and self-motivated person who has the ability to ‘make things happen’. You must be both an active team player and one who works well autonomously.

As the projects Enlighten manages for its clients involve front-line change, you must be able to build relationships quickly and be seen as a natural leader with strong communication qualities.

Additional qualities and skills that would make you a good fit for this role:

• A degree in business or engineering – an MBA would be an advantage

• Experience with process re-engineering or process change

• Motivated, pro-active and eager to learn

• Strong analytical skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with MS Office package, particularly Excel

• Experience in change management

• An ability to liaise with all levels of management and cultural background

Join a project team to support Project Managers and Change Coaches introducing Enlighten methodologies and software in client environments. To succeed in this role, you will be quick to integrate into an existing, results-driven group and have the desire to rapidly learn and progress. You will have a high level of initiative, good verbal and written communication skills, analytical / problem solving expertise, excellent mathematics and Excel skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You should also be comfortable working confidently with all levels of staff and management in client environments.

Ideally, you will have several years of analyst experience as well as experience working within the financial services industry. Experience working with internal business improvement teams would be beneficial but is not essential. Relevant additional qualifications and demonstrated success in one or more of the following areas:

• Business analysis

• Processing Mapping

• Management Information Systems configuration

• Data and Workflow analysis

• Business Process Re-engineering and Improvement
