Enlighten's New Board Advisors | Operational Excellence

Boston, MA – July 15, 2017. Enlighten Software, Inc., parent company of Enlighten Operational Excellence, has announced two senior board advisory positions as the operational excellence firm continues to expand its operations in the US. Sharon Ritchey and Jennifer Potter-Brotman have joined the Board of Advisors to help further guide the business during its next phase of expansion.

Sharon Ritchey has over 20 years’ experience in executive management, spanning P&L growth, Operations, Data and Analytics, Digital, Technology and Customer Experience. She has held leadership positions at Citibank, GE Capital, The Hartford and AXA US, and serves on the Board of Directors for various private and non-profit organisations.

Sharon holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University. In 2008, she earned a second MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Sharon’s directorships have included AXA Business Services, AXA Advisors and the LPGA Foundation, a non-profit charitable organisation that provides programs, scholarships, research, education and leadership development for women and girls.

Jennifer Potter-Brotman has over 30 years’ experience in Senior Operational Management roles in professional services, working with public and private companies across a wide range of industries. Most recently, she ran the Boston Office of Russell Reynolds, a global leader in assessment, recruitment and succession planning.

Ms Potter-Brotman’s former roles include working in private equity and serving as the President and CEO of the Forum Corporation, a leader in corporate training and education. She is on the board of Maine Pointe, an operational implementation consulting firm, and serves as the Vice Chairman of The Commonwealth Institute, a non-profit supporting women business leaders. She earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
