As the Chief Global Delivery Officer, Jeff leads the Enlighten Global delivery team and is responsible for supporting the company’s rapidly growing global business, while continuing to drive new engagements with both current and prospective clients. Jeff’s goal is to work with his team to deliver exceptional benefits to Enlighten’s clients whilst maintaining engagement at all levels of the organisation.
Jeff has more than 30 years of experience as a line manager and a change and transformation expert. He brings a well balanced approach to program delivery having worked as both an internal and external consultant whilst also using Enlighten tools and methodology in line management roles. Jeff has been with Enlighten for 17 years, and his comprehensive experience and knowledge will be a valuable fit to assist in the next stage of Enlighten’s global growth plan.
