BPO Industry Report 2018 – 2019
In November 2018, we launched our inaugural Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry report: BPO in the 2020s: How leaders will be positioned. The report was a compliation of hundreds of interviews with C-level executives and industry consultants from a diverse range of industries including business and finance, insurance, health, retail, FinTech, BPO and telecommunications.
The report was launched with a series of events in Singapore and Australia. The discussions around the report touched on multiple trends, opportunities and challenges for the BPO sector.
